But I also understand that sometimes things don't land the way we hoped — and that's okay. Here's how refunds work at The Jade Oracle. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee All readings purchased from The Jade Oracle come with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If your reading doesn't resonate with you, I respect that — everyone's journey is different. $1 Intro Reading No questions asked. If you'd like a refund on your intro reading, simply email love@jadeoracle.co within 7 days of purchase and it will be processed promptly. Premium Readings ($29 – $97) To request a refund on a Love Reading, Career Reading, or Full Destiny Reading, email love@jadeoracle.co within 7 days of purchase with your order number. I'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Please note: because readings are digital products created specifically for you, refunds are not available once your reading has been delivered and opened beyond the 7-day window. Mentorship Programme ($497) Mentorship is a deeper commitment for both of us. Refund requests for the Mentorship programme must be made within 48 hours of purchase and before your first session has taken place. Once your first mentorship session has been conducted, refunds are no longer available — but I'm always happy to discuss how we can make the experience work better for you. How Refunds Are Processed All refunds are returned to your original payment method (PayPal or the payment method used at checkout). Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Questions?
