FAQ

Your first question is free on the Qimen page. Anything not answered here: love@jadeoracle.co.

What is this?

A Qimen Dunjia reading of one question. You type your question, see the Qimen Dunjia board for the hour you ask, and get the palaces your question picks described in plain words, checked line by line, in about a minute.

Is it really free?

Your first question is free, with no sign-up. Two more are free with your email. The Birth Board (S$25.31, paid once) adds a full reading of the board for the hour you were born, plus ten more questions.

Will it tell me what's going to happen?

No. It describes the board for the moment you asked and leaves the deciding to you. It never forecasts an outcome, never answers yes or no, never gives a lucky date, and never sells a remedy.

Who writes the reading?

A language model writes the words from the facts of the palaces your question picked — the doors, stars, deities, stems and harms — taken from the same code that draws your board. Each reading is checked sentence by sentence before you see it.

Which school of Qimen Dunjia is this?

The Yin-plate school: the board is set for each two-hour watch in your time zone, the palaces that belong to your question are chosen first, then read one by one in the same order every time.

Can I use it for a medical, legal or money decision?

No. It is for thinking a question through. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and if what you're carrying is heavy, the page shows free helplines instead.

What if the Birth Board isn't for me?

You have seven days to change your mind: reply to your receipt, or write to love@jadeoracle.co, for a full refund. No reason needed.
